THE CASUAL VACANCY
by J.K. Rowling
Waiting and waiting and now J.K.Rowling finally announced the title of her new book "The Casual Vacancy".
So, Little Brown Book Group releases J.K. Rowling's new novel for adults title The Casual Vacancy, which will be published worldwide hardback, ebook, unabridged audio download and on CD. And it will be released on 27th September 2012. And here is Little Brown Book's synopsis :
The Casual Vacancy
When Barry Fairweather dies unexpectedly in his early forties, the little town of Pagford is left in shock.
Pagford is, seemingly, an English idyll, with a cobbled market square and an ancient abbey, but what lies behind the pretty façade is a town at war.
Rich at war with poor, teenagers at war with their parents, wives at war with their husbands, teachers at war with their pupils...Pagford is not what it first seems.
And the empty seat left by Barry on the parish council soon becomes the catalyst for the biggest war the town has yet seen. Who will triumph in an election fraught with passion, duplicity and unexpected revelations?
Blackly comic, thought-provoking and constantly surprising, The Casual Vacancy is J.K. Rowling’s first novel for adults.
What do you think ? Tell me what you think in a comment down below and I'll be sure to reply but personally and although I'm skeptical about it being "for adults", but it doesn't matter J.k. Rowling will always rock :P What would J.k. Rowling bring us this time? However, the book is actually going to be the modest ever as in 480 pages and it also seems something completely diverse. I will be reading it, what about you ?
